    The owner of this website, with Cloudflare, Inc. as data processor (it hosts the collection endpoint and the database).
    Purpose
    Aggregate statistics to improve the website: which pages are viewed and where visitors come from, what is clicked and where on the page (heatmap, without recording the session), how far down people scroll and how long each part is viewed, the pre-registration funnel and technical errors. No cookies: to tell visits on the same day apart, an identifier is calculated from your IP address, your browser and a random key that is deleted every day. The IP address is not stored.
    Where the data is processed
    Collection on Cloudflare’s network and database in the European Union (Cloudflare D1, EU jurisdiction). Only the website owner can access the statistics dashboard.
    Retention
    Up to 25 months. The identifier key is deleted the following day: from then on, nobody can trace it back to your IP address or link your visits on different days.

App privacy policy

What data the CLAQON app processes when you connect your social media accounts, such as TikTok, YouTube or Meta, through their official interfaces (APIs). The privacy of this website and of the software is covered by the general privacy policy.

Our commitment. CLAQON fully respects your privacy. We do not sell your data to third parties or share your personal information, and we only use API connections, including the TikTok API, to publish and schedule the audiovisual content you explicitly authorise.

1. Information we collect

To operate our multimedia content management and publishing tool, we may collect and process the following information:

  • Platform authentication (OAuth): temporary access tokens and refresh tokens provided directly by third-party services, such as TikTok, YouTube or Meta, following your explicit authorisation.
  • Public account identifiers: username, unique account identifier (TikTok OpenID) and profile picture, to display the connected account in the dashboard.
  • Audiovisual content: titles, descriptions, hashtags and video files generated or uploaded for later publication.
  • Technical connection logs: the connection’s IP address, request identifiers (Request IDs) and timestamps, for diagnostic and security purposes.

2. Use of the TikTok API and user data

Our integration with the TikTok Content Posting API (Direct Post) is strictly governed by the TikTok Developer Terms of Service:

  • Exclusive purpose: the permissions we request, such as video.upload, video.publish and user.info.basic, are used only to upload videos to your own TikTok account, with the privacy settings and caption you define.
  • Secure storage: access tokens are stored encrypted and protected on private servers. They are not exposed in public browsers or unauthenticated clients.
  • No data sharing: we do not sell, transfer or share your TikTok account data with advertising networks, data brokers or third parties outside the service.
  • Expiry and renewal: access tokens expire according to TikTok’s rules and are renewed only when strictly necessary to keep the service active.

3. Retention and deletion

We keep the information only for as long as you use our publishing service. You can withdraw the app’s access at any time from your TikTok account security settings, or ask us to delete your credentials completely by writing to legal@claqon.com.

4. Information security

We apply technical and organisational security measures to protect your information against unauthorised access or leaks: HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, access with a username and password, protection against forged requests (CSRF), attempt limits and container isolation.
